国家林业草原落羽杉属林木种质创新与繁育工程技术研究中心主要针对我国长江流域、东南沿海及内陆地区的湖泊湿地、水网、滩涂和平原绿化造林工程对新树种、新技术的战略需求，开展落羽杉属林木资源的种质创新、新品种选育、抗逆机理、种苗繁育、造林工程和加工利用等研究。中心以落羽杉属树木特色种质资源保存为基础，以选育具有耐水湿、耐盐碱、抗病、速生、材优和树形优美等优良特性的“中山杉”新品种为核心，以解决种苗繁育、栽培和加工利用等关键技术为突破口，以搭建新品种创新研究平台，提升研发能力为抓手，推动新型优质造林树种的应用和林木加工产业链的形成，实现“绿水青山就是金山银山”的价值理念。
先后承担国家和省市级科研项目50余项，获得国家植物新品种权8个，国家及省级林木良种10个，授权发明专利9件，制订行业和地方标准5部，发表论文100余篇，出版专著1部，获2013年度江苏省科学技术奖二等奖1项。先后于2018年、2021年和2022年获批“江苏省中国科学院植物研究所落羽杉属省级林木种质资源库”、“江苏省落羽杉属树木育种及培育省级长期科研基地”和“江苏省落羽杉国家林木种质资源库”等研究平台。
中心现有在职人员24人，其中高级职称10人、中级14人，在读研究生7人。

Jiangsu Engineering Research Center for Taxodium Rich. Germplasm Innovation and Propagation
Aiming at the strategic demand of new tree species and technologies for the large scale afforestations of wetlands, beaches and plains in the Yangtze River basin, southeastern coastal and inland regions, the engineering research center's role involves germplasm innovation, new variety breeding, stress resistance, propagation, silviculture and wood processing of Taxodium trees. Based on the collection and conservation of distinct germplasm resources of Taxodium, the center focuses on breeding new T. varieties 'Zhongshanshan' endowed with the traits of water and disease resistance, salt and alkali tolerance, fast-growing, good timber quality and fine ornamental shape, and meantime dedicates to overcoming the bottleneck technologies for propagation, cultivation and wood utilization of the trees. By building a new innovation platform and promoting research capabilities, the center is endeavoring to push forward the application of new qualified forest trees and the formation of new industry chain for the wood processing , thus to realize the goal of gaining both ecological and economic benefits described as “Clear waters and green mountains are as valuable as mountains of gold and silver” .
The center has undertaken over 50 research programs assisted by provincial and national government department of Science and Technology. 8 national authorized varieties and 10 provincial authorized varieties have been registered. 9 patents and 5 industrial and local criterions have been developed. More than 100 papers and 1 monographic book have been published. The second prize of Jiangsu Science and Technology was awarded in 2013.
The team has totally 22 staffs , including 8 seniors, 6 intermediates and 2 junior titles, 6 graduate students.

中心主任：殷云龙，博士，二级研究员，江苏省突贡专家，南京林业大学博导，江苏省生态学会、林学会常务理事。先后主持国家科技部、国家林业局和省级科研项目40余项，获国家植物新品种权6个，国家及省级林木良种9个，授权发明专利5项，制订行业和地方标准5部，发表论文100余篇，出版专著2部，获2013年度江苏省科学技术奖二等奖1项(排名第一)。目前主要从事植物资源与环境、林木遗传育种、湿地生态系统恢复与构建等方面的研究。联系方式：yinyl066@sina.com。
